Reservation Policy for Rooms:

•  You must be at least 18 years old and have a major credit card in order to make a reservation, as a credit card is required for all reservations.  

• Rates are only guaranteed for confirmed reservations with deposits received.

• Check in time is after 3pm; Check Out time is 10am.  Please check in and pick up your package at the business office located in the main lodge.  There will be a charge imposed if guests fail to check out from the room by 10am.  If you will be doing a late check in, (after 8pm), you must notify Timberline Staff before 3 pm on the day of your reservation otherwise we will not be able to accommodate you until the next day.

• No pets allowed.

• There is no smoking in the hotel, no exceptions.

• In case of Damages to our rooms or property, we reserve the right to charge your credit card accordingly in order to cover all damages imposed. 

• Requests for particular room assignments cannot be guaranteed.  We will make every effort possible to assign and provide desired accommodations.

• Reservations can be made on the day you would like to stay. Cash or credit card can be accepted for the total amount.. 

• No discounts are associated with our Hotel. 

• There are no refunds for early checkouts.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations completed according to stated policy will receive full amount of package back LESS one night’s package price.

• We ask that you provide Timberline with 2 weeks notice for cancellations. Once we have received your deposit, it will be forfeited and charged to credit card on file, which will be one night’s package price. The same applies to “No-shows”.

• If your reservation is made within two-weeks of the arrival date, full amount of package will be charged to credit card on file and will not be refunded.

• The person who makes the reservation will be the responsible person for the entire party throughout the length of stay.
