RAIL JAM POINT SERIES RULES 2010

 

GENERAL RULES AND STANDINGS: PRIZES, PLACES, AND POINTS WILL BE AWARDED AND RECORDED AT AWARDS CEREMONY AFTER EACH EVENT. PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD PLACE FINISHERS FOR EACH CATEGORY AT EVERY EVENT. WINNERS FOR THE OVERALL SERIES WILL BE DETERMINED AND ANNOUNCED AFTER THE MARCH 20, 2010 FINALS. THE OVERALL SERIES WINNER IN THE SNOWBOARD DIVISION WILL BE AWARDED A MONUMENT SNOWBOARD. THE OVERALL SERIES WINNER IN THE SKIING DIVISION WILL BE AWARDED A PAIR OF ELAN TWIN TIP SKIS.

POINTS: THE COMPETITORS WHO EARN THE MOST POINTS OVER THE COURSE OF THE ENTIRE SERIES IN THE SKIING AND SNOWBOARD DIVISIONS WILL BE THE OVERALL WINNERS. YOU MUST COMPETE IN THE 14 AND UP CATEGORY TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR POINTS.

COMPETITORS EARN POINTS AT EACH RAIL JAM AS FOLLOWS:

6 POINTS - 1ST PLACE
4 POINTS - 2ND PLACE
3 POINTS - 3RD PLACE
2 POINTS - REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION IN SNOWY LUAU FINALS
1 POINT - REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION IN EACH RAIL JAM POINTS WILL BE DISPLAYED IN SKI SCHOOL LOBBY

What: Rail Jam III

How:Competitors in all categories win prizes for placing 1st-3rd. Points will be earned throughout the four jams. The point leader for snowboard and for alpine will each be given a grand prize. The point leader must be present at the final jam to be eligible for the grand prize. The grand prizes will be a SNOWBOARD and a pair of twin tip SKIS!!!!
